Geovanny Apparel Return and Exchange Policy

Making a factory defect return is very simple, you can return the items with a manufacturing defect within a period of 60 days.

Only online returns are accepted for items purchased directly at www.geovannyapparel.com. If a product has been purchased from one of Geovanny Apparel's authorized distributors, contact the store to process the exchange or return.

When returning Geovanny Apparel items, please make sure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit

Products purchased as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a purchase credit can be sent to the recipient of the gift. Gift exchanges will show in the original purchaser's account history.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable

Changes

• The maximum term to make an exchange or return of merchandise is 60 calendar days from receiving the product.

• You can request the exchange or refund from the customer service area at contacto@geovannyapparel.com.

• The customer will cover the shipping costs for a size change.

• In case of return, if your purchase was paid for in OXXO stores, the commission charged by this establishment will not be refunded.

• If your product did not arrive in good condition, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to proceed with the exchange or return.

• Defects caused to the merchandise due to misuse by the customer will not be subject to exchange or return.

• The change of your product will be subject to availability. If the size you require is not counted, we will proceed to reimburse the amount of the same and the return of the merchandise.

• For hygiene we do not accept returns of Underwear, BIB, BIB Short and Swimsuits.

• Returns are not accepted for clearance or discount merchandise, only changes can be accepted by size and will be subject to product availability.

The changes requested for the same product model are subject to stock, in case of not having the requested model, it can be changed for a different one or make a refund.

Defective Products

Geovanny Apparel is fully committed to excellence and controls the quality of its products, however there are times when manufacturing defects occur. If you believe that your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us. Products damaged as a result of excessive use over a long period of time will not be considered defective. The returned items that have been used must be washed before they are returned, the receipt of used products without washing can be returned to the customer.

How to make a change

To make a change, log in and visit your account page, click on order history, select the order in question, write down the order number that begins with the # sign and contains 4 numbers , then write to us at contacto@geovannyapparel.com and in the body of the message write the following points:

  • In case the order contains more than one item, write the reference or SKU of the product you want to change.
  • Tell us what is the reference or SKU of the new model and size for which you want to make the change, to check availability
  • Enter your shipping details to generate a collection guide and a time when the parcel courier can meet you at your address.

After submitting your data, the Online Sales area will schedule a collection with the courier service that Geovanny Apparel deems convenient. It is important to mention that the products that will be sent for the exchange must be in new condition and comply with what is written in the "Changes" section above, if not, we will return the product and the transport charges that that generate will have to be covered by the owner of the product.

When the process is finished, we will send you an email with a copy of the guide, which the parcel courier must sign or stamp and which is important for you to keep. Print a copy of your exchange letter and enclose it in your shipment. If there is any other information that you think Geovanny Apparel should take into account, please write it legibly next to the exchange letter or write to our contact email.

You can also send us the products using the service of your choice, clearly indicating the shipping costs on the package. Please request proof of shipment whenever possible. Likewise, try to avoid shipments with guaranteed deliveries in 24h-48h or similar. Please note that for gift exchanges we can return shipping costs to the original purchaser or a voucher redeemable for the gift recipient.

Geovanny Apparel is not responsible for customs duties incurred when returning items from international destinations. All packages must be marked "Items returned under warranty."

If you have any questions about the return once it has been sent, send an email to our e-mail including the date the item was sent, the address to the that was shipped, the sender's name and the tracking number, if applicable

Any transport operator that is not one of those offered by Geovanny Apparel, will be under the responsibility of the customer, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage by independent carriers.
