Shipping Policy

Our shipping service is available in Mexico and internationally. All national orders from the ONLINE Store generate shipping costs. National standard shipping on online store orders is $ 200.00 MXN. All international shipments generate shipping and customs costs which must be covered by the customer in full.
All CUSTOM orders generate shipping costs subject to weight, purchase volume, location, delivery times and generation of customs costs (international shipments), which must be fully covered by the customer.
The parcel and courier companies are outside Geovanny Apparel.
Once the order is ready to be shipped, the customer must confirm the shipping details required for each of their purchases.
Shipping time can vary from 1 to 10 business days. Geovanny Apparel is not responsible for delays generated by the parcel.
If the client wishes, he can insure his merchandise in case of theft or loss by requesting the service from the executive of his order prior to shipment, which could generate extra costs charged by the parcel.
Geovanny Apparel is not responsible of orders not insured due to theft or loss made by the parcel. In the event that the parcel does not reach the requested location, the package will be deposited at the nearest parcel branch. Addresses confirmed after 4:00 p.m. they will be out until the next day.
In the event that no one is to receive the package at the address provided in the first or second visit, the package will be deposited at the nearest branch and will remain there for three business days, if not claimed, it will be returned to the Geovanny Apparel warehouse and the customer will have to pay the cost of return and shipping again.
All products will be packed at no extra cost.
